Today I am grateful for the warm bed that I am going to
enjoy tonight, because I am physically and mentally exhausted.
Well, as you can see, I am soooo late with today’s post. But
it is all about being grateful in advance for your day. Our practice today is
really adding on to our faith practice that we tried yesterday. Instead of just
visualizing things that you want for your future, practice having gratitude for
what you expect to happen in your day.
So for instance, if you know you have a long day full of
meetings, envision yourself having successful meetings that are efficient and
fast. Then take time to be grateful for those experiences and say thank you
before it even happens. When focusing on your desired outcomes you make it
easier to achieve those outcomes.
Try this tomorrow (since your day is probably almost over at
this point). And watch your outcomes magically appear in your experience.
