Welcome to our first challenge, 30 Days of Gratitude. This challenge was inspired by a book that I recently picked up called The Magic by Rhonda Byrne (the author of the secret).

Here's what you will need for this challenge:
- A Journal - You can also use a notebook or simply type your thoughts on your PC
- A Gratitude Stone - You can find a stone from outside, or get a river rock from a craft store.
Daily Practice:
- Every morning when you rise, use your journal to list 10 things you are grateful for and why. For instance, I am so grateful for this new year, because I have an opportunity to grow personally and professionally. After you have completed your list you will reread each statement and say thank you.
- Every evening you will hold your gratitude stone in your hand and think of one thing that you were most grateful for that day.
Each day I will share with you a gratitude practice that will help us focus on all the things that we have to be grateful for.
